View: When you access the calendar, you will see tabs at the top of the page (Week, Month, Agenda). Click on the tab to view the calendar in the way that best suits you. It is usually best to choose the Month tab.
More information: If you want to see more information about any item on the calendar (such as the location), you may click on the event. This will expand the event with additional information -- especially addresses for meetings. If you click on "more details", a new screen will open with all the information about this event. If you have a Google account, and click on "copy to my calendar" the event information will be copied to your Google calendar.
